By accessing or using SalesVox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. SalesVox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
SalesVox provides AI-powered sales automation software as a subscription service (SaaS). The platform helps businesses manage outbound sales campaigns with speech-to-text transcription, AI-driven conversation analytics, and CRM integration. The Service includes campaign management, call analytics, knowledge base management, and related features.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SalesVox offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Overage charges for usage exceeding your plan's included minutes will be billed at the per-minute rate specified in your plan.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state telemarketing laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any outbound campaigns, complies with all applicable consent and do-not-call requirements.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including lead lists, knowledge base content, and campaign configurations. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SalesVox and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
